Description
NGTech – Bactericide product designed for corrosion inhibition caused by sulfate reducing bacteria (SRB) for oil upstream and downstream technological processes.
In the course of their life activity, bacteria biocorrode many structural metals, primarily steel, aluminium and iron. The mechanism of corrosion consists in the passage of the depolarization reaction by solid iron sulfides formed as a result of the metabolism of bacteria, as well as due to the consumption of polarized hydrogen by them.
Product based organic compounds (esters of boric acid). Does not contain organochlorine and quaternary ammonium compounds.
Produced in the form of a water-soluble concentrate with an active ingredient content of at least 70%

Minimum effective concentration of suppression of vital activity sulfate reducing bacteria:
- for planktonic forms no more than 150 mg/l
- for immobilized forms no more than 850 mg/l
- Continuous processing in working concentrations. An effective dosage of the bactericide is continuously pumped into the fluid stream (well fluid, produced water). Injection doses are determined during bactericidal tests, and injection points should be placed before bacterial colonies. Methods of injection - into the annulus of the well, into the flow line, at the inlet of the OPF, at the inlet of the central pumping station at the sewage pumping station, etc.
- Periodic treatment 1-2 times a year, treatment of the entire volume of oilfield fluid with shock doses of a bactericide, while it is served in an amount of 0.5 kg/m³ to 1.5 kg/m³ of oilfield water for 2 days.
- Cork technology. The technology is used in hydraulic testing of pipelines and reservoir equipment
- Pushing bactericide into the bottom hole formation zone of a production well. The technology is used when it is necessary to bactericidal treatment of the bottom hole formation zone of flooded production wells operating oil-saturated horizons with not high reservoir temperatures up to 40-50 °C, at which SRBs are not sterilized, but are effectively developed
